SipStack Ltd operates the SipStack Kigali website and mobile applications. This policy explains the information used to provide restaurant ordering, payment, pickup, and delivery services.

When you place an order, we may collect your phone number, delivery or pickup location, ordered items, selected accompaniments, payment method, payment status, order identifiers, and related service communications. Technical information needed for security, reliability, and basic analytics may also be processed.

How we use information

We use this information to create and fulfil orders, calculate fees and totals, process or confirm payments, send order and payment messages, provide order support, prevent duplicate or fraudulent transactions, improve the service, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers

Information may be processed by hosting, payment, messaging, analytics, delivery, and platform providers only as needed to operate the service. Payment providers process payment information under their own privacy terms. SipStack does not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for order fulfilment, accounting, security, dispute handling, and applicable legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no electronic service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. Device permissions and notifications can be controlled through device settings.

Children

The service is a general restaurant-ordering service and is not directed to children under 13.
